Bike (older man on mountain bike wearing a bright orange top with Brooklyn written on it and a backpack with a neon green waterproof/protective cover) turns onto Jessie street riding his bike at considerable speed onto the wrong side of the road. He narrowly avoids riding straight into a vehicle driving very slowly up to the junction with Tory st. He didn’t look was riding at speed and turned a blind corner onto the wrong way on a 1 way street. Vehicle was thankfully driving slowly which saved the cyclist from serious injury or much worse. (This would have been completely the fault of the cyclist but no doubt extremely traumatic for the driver as well as associated other citizens of Wellington and their families) Cyclist shrugs then proceeds to cycle at speed down the pavement for about 200m until he gets off bike and crosses road.
