Adult male cyclist with child on back of bike cycles down hill on pavement on right side of the road, slices past a student at local intermediate school, causing him to drop what he is carrying and jump back out of his way, cycles aggressively up to people including small children waiting to cross the road at traffic lights without stopping clear of them so they all feel like they have to move out of his way, changes his mind about crossing road so cycles off along pavement. Guy should have stayed on road like everyone else and not used pavement to cycle on. Note 2 schools near here time coincided with those schools sending kids home, he should have shown more awareness of other people nd more consideration that there would be vulnerable pedestrians on the pavements at that time
