Young male cyclist comes out of stoke street at speed presumably didn’t look because the road had traffic on it so the van in front of us had to do emergency stop. Traffic moved on. Same cyclist goes through red light at hall street, then decides he doesn’t want to wait at red light by countdown goes onto pavement rides through pedestrians waiting to cross the road, forcing them all to jump out of his way crosses road when cars were on green ie jumps another red light.
