Cyclist (older male on large electric bike with wide panniers) comes riding on pavement from behind with no warning and narrowly misses my husband who was just walking along the pavement. Stays on pavement and narrowly misses another pedestrian. Why on earth was the guy on the pavement? The road is 3 carriageways wide and was empty and there is a cycle lane. Maybe he’s just too special to wait t a red light?
