Car coming along Dunbar St towards 1-way South, did not stop at Giveway before cycle lane, and appeared unaware of both Giveway and of cycle lane. I had slowed down as the car appeared to be travelling faster than expected coming up to a Giveway, so was able to emergency stop and avoid impact.
