Driver with child passenger formerly heading south suddenly does rapid u-turn into the cycle lane going north. Literally right as I was passing. Need physical barrier for cycle lane; and for centre of road up Great South-Brownds Rd lights. Actually need centre barriers on all four arms of those lights as some people do dangerous maneuvers, like into driveways for example.
