A uber was at the dairy facing north on Newlands Rd. I was travelling south towards Wakely Rd when the driver U-turned across my path, forcing my to overtake him in the central median. The drivers windows were so darkly tinted that there was no way to make any eye contact, I couldn't even tell if there was anyone in the drivers seat.
