Cyclist's way blocked (by other road users, road conditions, etc.)
What happened?
Cars waiting to turn left into Vivian street blocking cycle lane forcing bikes out into traffic lane. Lucky nice bus driver let me in. This happens most times when using Victoria Street Cycle lane just before 5pm
